1.Cancellation Policy

1. You may cancel your booking with us at any time before the scheduled date and time of your pick-up only by calling us on our 24x7 Customer Care helpline number 8660-424-870. If you cancel after the driver and/or car details are provided, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

2. No cancellation fee shall be payable unless Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels confirms the cancellation of your ride in accordance with the terms of use and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

2.Cancellation Fees:

1. A booking request can be canceled free of charge if driver or car details are not provided.
2. If a booking request is canceled for any reason whatsoever after the driver and/or car details are provided, you'll be charged a cancellation fee as forfeiture of the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking.
3. Drivers are also able to cancel a ride request if they've waited 45 minutes at the pickup location and/or if, for any reason whatsoever, you have provided wrong details of the pickup location or you are not reachable at the phone, mobile number, or email address you have provided. You may be charged either a cancellation fee as forfeiture of the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking or Rs. 4 per minute for a hatchback/Sedan car, Rs. 5 per minute for an SUV, Rs. 6 per minute for an Innova car, or Rs. 10 per minute for a Tempo Traveller, after 45 minutes have completed at the sole discretion of Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels.
4. We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.

3. Refund Policy

1. As per the cancellation and refund policy, the refund will be processed. It may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. In case of wrong or incorrect banking details/account details provided by you, Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels shall not be responsible for any loss and/or damages whatsoever.
2. E-mail communication is a must for cancellation in case of refund at bookings@srilakshmikanthtravels.com
3. Where the allocated driver cancels the ride without assigning any valid and reasonable reason at the last hour and Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels fails to arrange another ride in a reasonable time, the complete advance paid by you will be refunded.
4. Where the car breaks down during the trip and Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels or the driver does not rectify it within a reasonable time, the complete advance paid by you will be refunded.
5. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels shall not be responsible to refund and/or in any case where you give any money or goods to the Driver except as mentioned in the invoice. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels shall not be liable to pay any damages, if any, arising from any loss accrued to you.
6. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage that happens during the ride on account of the driver who is employed by a third-party agency. However, Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels shall assist you in all reasonable manners to recover your loss or damage.
7. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels reserves the right to withhold the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking on account of any misbehavior or misconduct (physical, verbal, or mental) with the driver. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels also reserves the right jointly and/or severally with the driver to take any action against you as available as per the law applicable at the time of the incident.
